TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You agree that your access to, and use of, this website is subject to these terms and all applicable laws, and is at your own risk. This website and its contents are provided to you on “as is” basis, the website may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies and may not be complete and current. In the instance of any inaccuracy on the website, Spun Out Fibres (ABN 90127781801) retains the right to cancel an order.
Spun Out Fibres may exchange your personal information with our related companies and with third party service providers who assist us with payment, marketing, data processing, banking, delivery and other services. By ordering or registering on spunoutfibres.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Spun Out Fibres reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
If notified before products have been dispatched, Spun Out Fibres can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
Customers who choose Standard Shipping give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. Spun Out Fibres will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
The delivery times provided by spunoutfibres.com.au are estimates only. Spun Out Fibres will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
GST & Taxes
All prices quoted on spunoutfibres.com.au are INCLUSIVE of Australian GST (10%), but do NOT including freight and handling charges, and is based on cash or direct deposit payments only. International orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacement
You must contact Spun Out Fibres at email@example.com prior to returning any products for refunds or warranty.
If products received are not as ordered, please inform Spun Out Fibres within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, do not open or use the products as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for returns. Please follow the procedure below:
- Place product in its box with all the original packaging and send it back to Spun Out.
- You will need to pay the return cost.
- When we receive the goods, we shall inspect them to ensure they are in a resalable condition.
- At our earliest convenience (or no more than 14 days), we will issue a refund by one of the following means
a) If paid by credit card, a manual credit will be processed using the original details supplied by you.
b) If paid through Paypal, a refund will be processed to the email address supplied on the purchase agreement.
c) For all other methods of payment, a suitable method of refund can be agreed on by both parties.
- Any refund given and forwarded by any of the methods above may be reduced if Spun Out paid for the original cost of freight to get the goods to you in the first instance.
If products received are suspected as faulty, please inform Spun Out Fibres at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please follow the procedure below:
- Where possible place product in its box with all the original packaging and send it back to Spun Out.
- You will need to pay the return cost.
- When we receive the goods, we shall inspect them to ensure they are faulty. If found to be faulty we will offer one of the following:
- a) replacement of the item
b) repair the item and return it to you, if parts etc are still available
c) a full refund less any freight costs
Placing an order with Spun Out, by any means, indicates the buyer’s acceptance of the Charges, Shipping, and Terms and Conditions shown on this website.
Spun Out Fibres DOES NOT accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on incorrect, incompatible or unsuitable goods, please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing.
Spun Out Fibres DOES NOT accept returns or refunds for goods returned which have been used, damaged or modified, as we will not be able to return the product to our supplier.
Spun Out Fibres DOES NOT offer ‘instant’ replacement or ‘advance’ replacement.
Shipping costs or any financial charges are non-refundable.
